Dan Marx, Content Director for Wide-Format Impressions, holds extensive knowledge of the graphic communications industry, resulting from his more than three decades working closely with business owners, equipment and materials developers, and thought leaders.

Bob has served as editor of In-plant Impressions since October of 1994. Prior to that he served for three years as managing editor of Printing Impressions, a commercial printing publication. Mr. Neubauer is very active in the U.S. in-plant industry. He attends all the major in-plant conferences and has visited more than 170 in-plant operations around the world. He has given presentations to numerous in-plant groups in the U.S., Canada and Australia, including the Association of College and University Printers and the In-plant Printing and Mailing Association. He also coordinates the annual In-Print contest, co-sponsored by IPMA and In-plant Impressions.

NPES President Thayer Long sat down with Eric Frank, senior VP of KBA North America, and former chairman of PRIMIR, the research unit of NPES, to highlight what PRIMIR will be doing at PRINT 17 to add value to "The Learning Experience." Frank discusses how PRINT 17 will be incorporating PRIMIR's market research with all of the events regarding print, and will focus on specific areas of PRIMIR research, such as the future of MIS/ERP systems, as well as insight into LED-UV drying. Frank also touches on what his experience has been with PRIMIR, how it has helped KBA North America and the industry as a whole.

Cal Events today announced its decision to postpone PrintFest 2009. The now named PrintFest 2010 will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center, March 26-27, 2010.
