Printing Impressions Wins 2016 APEX Award for Publication Editorial Excellence
PHILADELPHIA — July 6, 2016 — Printing Impressions was recently notified that its December 2015 "Printing Impressions 400 & Who's Who in Printing" issue captured a 2016 APEX Award for Editorial Excellence. The special, theme-based December issue featured the 32nd annual Printing Impressions 400 listing of the top printers in the U.S. and Canada ranked by annual sales, as well as 2016 market outlooks for key printed product segments, including books, catalogs/publications, direct mail and general commercial printing.
"We've won numerous APEX Awards for Editorial Excellence during the past several years," comments Mark Michelson, editorial director/editor-in-chief of Printing Impressions, a leading brand within NAPCO Media. "And it's especially gratifying to win an editorial award for our annual PI 400 issue. Countless hours are spent by our entire editorial team to compile the list each year, which is regarded throughout the graphic arts industry as the most comprehensive ranking of the largest printers in North America.
"We're already in the midst of sending out forms and compiling the prestigious rankings for this year's December issue," Michelson continues. "If your printing business was not included last year — but should appear on our list — please be sure to contact Julie Greenbaum at email@example.com in order to appear in our 2016 rankings."
