Why the Customer Is NOT Always Right
Most customers don’t know much about print
But many sales people simply take the spec that their customer supplies and produce a price for the item they have asked for. They do not ask any questions to make sure that it is the right product.
Our job is to educate the customer
With the right education we have a chance to change what they want and profit from it. Offering some extra options can change your price and improve your profit margin.
And an extra option may make you the one to win the job. Often customers are looking for that extra help and want to work with suppliers who offer this level of service.
