Choosing NOT to Do Business with a Customer
The cradle-to-grave relationship between vendor and client might be in the rearview mirror, but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t look for—and sometimes demand—minimum standards. If you aren’t getting respect, keep looking. Those clients still exist. Some just need a reminder, such as putting “A good vendor is as important as a good customer.” at the bottom of your business cards. If nothing else, it’s a great conversation starter!
