HAMILTON, BERMUDA—Claiming that three of its patents related to browser-based tools have been infringed, VistaPrint Technologies—a wholly owned subsidiary of VistaPrint—has filed a lawsuit against 123Print Inc. and Drawing Board, subsidiaries of North Mankato, MN-based Taylor Corp. In papers filed with the U.S. District Court in Minnesota, VistaPrint alleges that 123Print and Drawing Board have infringed and continue to infringe three patents, titled “computerized prepress authoring for document creation,” “browser-based computerized prepress,” and “computerized prepress.” VistaPrint is seeking an injunction to stop 123Print and Drawing Board from offering the allegedly infringing services to present and future companies, along with payment for damages. “We must take action against
