CHICAGO—Creative services specialist Tukaiz finds itself back in the hands of the man who founded the company more than 40 years ago. Frank Defino Sr. has purchased the full-service company back from industry consolidator priNexus, which had obtained Tukaiz in 2001. In addition to the deal, the firm announced it has completed work on a 34,000-square-foot expansion, bringing its total floor space to more than 100,000 square feet. With the added space, Tukaiz is also exploring the possibility of adding bindery technology in the near term.
