CERRITOS, CA—Penn Litho, a $40 million heatset web and sheetfed printing company, is embarking on a $3 million expansion. The printer is adding fulfillment and mailing capabilities, as a result of growing demand for fulfillment services by clients. The mailing facility, which opened in January, contains two new Scitex 5240 ink-jet addressing systems with dryers and duplex capability. The mailing capabilities are currently being housed in Penn Litho's existing plant, but will move to the new fulfillment center in the future.
