Grand Opening Details
Attendance & Giveaways: “The Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting was a Quad Chamber Event that included Mayors, Councilmembers, Senator Representatives, and Chamber Members. Our Area Manager Damien Neitzke was also in attendance. Entertainment was provided that included a magician, caricature artist, merchandise display, small bites, and mobile bar. The attendees were very receptive, which made it easier to make new contacts. Small tours of the facility were provided; Minuteman Press merchandise was given away, and it was such a big hit that we ran out of several products.”
Community Feedback & Orders: “Overall, the feedback we received was very positive with some praising it as the best Grand Opening they attended all year. Attendees were impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the facility, and we received several orders because of the Grand Opening.”
Message to Customers in Monrovia: “Each Minuteman Press location is individually owned and operated by hardworking people like us. Quick Hits
Career Background: “Our background before Minuteman Press was in Operations Management and as a Financial Controller. We felt it was time to prepare for the future and start a business that can help us transition out of the corporate world.”
Why Minuteman Press? “We chose Minuteman Press because we felt we received the proper amount of support from the beginning. We also thought the royalty cap was a very attractive incentive for owners. In addition, we felt that there was an industry need to provide these types of services in Monrovia.”
Training & Support: “We feel the training and support has been wonderful. We attended training and received hands-on support from the beginning back at our center before we opened. After our positive interactions with Regional VP Dan Byers, we transitioned over to Damien Neitzke who has been extremely helpful. We feel the support we received from everyone has been off the charts. It feels like we are calling a friend or family when additional support is needed.”
