      Making headlines this week, Fujifilm has filed a lawsuit for damages claiming Xerox made a unilateral decision to terminate the agreement for it to acquire Xerox in a $6.1 billion agreement. It was reported that Fuji is seeking more than $1 billion. plus punitive damages.

      In other news, Mark Andy announced it acquired Brandtjen & Kluge, a manufacturer of finishing equipment.

      Finally, the assets of Palmer printing, which was the last printer remaining on Chicago's Printer's Row, has been acquired by the Vomela Companies.
