In this edition of The Week that Was, the Xerox, Fuji deal may officially be over. An agreement has been reached with the activist investors, Carl Icahn and Darwin Deason, which terminates the transaction, replaces Xerox CEO Jeff Jacobson with new CEO John Visentin and appoints five new members to replace existing members on the Xerox Board of Directors.

In other news, a bipartisan group of Senators has introduced a bill, called the PRINT Act, which would delay current tariffs being added to imports of Canadian newsprint until a study can be completed.
