On this episode of The Week that Was, Fox Group in Lansdale, Pa., was fined nearly $600,000 in back wages, damages and penalties, following an investigation by the U.S. Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division.

Editor in Chief Mark Michelson interviewed Hank Fox, company owner, about the fine, which was due to a staffing agency that defrauded its temp workers out of their proper wages.

Also making headlines, the GPO has awarded RR Donnelley a $114 million contract to produce the 2020 U.S. Census.

In other news, Georgia-Pacific announced it is exiting the communication papers business.

And finally, USPS mail discount promotions are back for 2019!
