With the start of September comes the start of cooler weather, pumpkin spice lattes, and, of course, prepping for the holiday shipping surge. The USPS has released its proposed temporary rate increases, which will go into effect Oct. 4 - Jan 17, and apply to everything from USPS Ground Advantage, to Priority Mail, to the Parcel Select products. And while many printers just focus on mail, not packages, as convergence leads more operations into fulfillment - not to mention the need to get graphics to locations across the country - these temporary rates will matter more than you expect.
