In late June, Postmaster General David Steiner once more testified before Congress on the state of the United States Postal Service. While not a lot of new ground was covered, and it was mostly rehashing the same points, the USPS was ordered to accept all mail-in ballots and disregard the White House directive to only mail them in states that provided voter rolls in advance.
