CHICAGO—Equity partners Rider Dickerson and Service Communications + Solutions (SCS) announced the asset purchase of large-format printer Sleepeck Printing. The companies also hired several key Sleepeck employees. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Rider and SCS will benefit from the addition of Sleepeck's large-format and UV sheetfed printing capabilities and will be able to expand their presense in the point-of-purchase (POP) marketplace, according to Rider President Bill Barta.

The 85,000-square-foot facility is conveniently located near the city as well as near airports and expressways. “The move is exciting—our new location is just
