July 3, 2009Nipson SAS Leaves the Procedure of 'Redressement Judiciaire'

Nipson SAS (‘Nipson’) today announced that it has left the procedure of ‘Redressement Judiciaire’, which means the company can now resume its activities under the full control of the Board. On 28 October 2008, Nipson SAS filed for the French ‘Redressement Judiciaire’ in the light of the financial difficulties which it had been experiencing, and obtained an agreement with the French Courts for a restructuring plan.

October 10, 2008Continental Colorcraft Garners Sappi Award

CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA—Continental Colorcraft of Monterey Park, CA, was one of nine worldwide printers honored October 3 at the Sappi 2008 International Printers of the Year awards, held here and sponsored by Sappi Ltd. Continental brought home a cast-bronze elephant trophy in the brochures category. Also honored in the magazines category was Transcontinental's Yorkville-O'Keefe facility, based in Toronto.
