WORCESTER, MA—With a bankruptcy judge allowing the company to continue funding employee payroll and benefit expenses pending a July 29 hearing, digital printer LaVigne Inc. is now poised to be sold, according to the Worcester Telegram & Gazette.

EAST LONGMEADOW, MA—A small fire prompted the evacuation of 50 third-shift employees at a Hasbro Inc. printing plant early Tuesday morning, according to The Republican. There were no reported injuries. The fire broke out around 1:30 in the electrical panel of a press. Employees were able to extinguish the fire before firefighters could arrive, but heavy smoke prompted the evacuation. The facility here is home to the company's games division, according to the paper.

CHICAGO—RR Donnelley served notice to the former Heartland Press plant in Spencer, IA, that it planned to close for good by March 13. The move leaves 160 employees without jobs. The plant was obtained by Donnelley in the Perry Judd's acquisition.
