The third annual XMPie® Users Group Conference held in Las Vegas concluded on May 15 with high marks from attendees. The highly interactive event drew print and marketing professionals, graphic artists and programmers for four days to learn more about XMPie’s extensive range of products, as well as the latest trends and innovations in one-to-one communications.

After completing due diligence on models from several manufacturers, the executive team decided to make a change. The new custom-configured manroland Uniset 75 press brings new print speed and expanded color capabilities that bode well for Lehman advertisers and readers throughout Colorado’s Front Range region and beyond.

AS YOU are probably aware, more than 3.6 million Americans have lost their jobs since the onslaught of the recession, nearly half of those in the last three months alone. In January, the U.S. unemployment rate reached 7.6 percent, which is the highest level since 1992.

Vision Graphics, Inc. announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Keyline Graphics,Inc. located in Denver, Colorado. The transaction is expected to be completed within 30 days and the present management team led by Del Baker will remain with the company following its completion. Other terms were not disclosed.

WHAT DO professional golf and Web-to-print have in common? Both make reference to a skins game, where a lot of money is at stake for something that, at first blush, doesn’t seem all that difficult to accomplish. The skill and effort involved are often easily overlooked.
