United Business Mail (UBM) announced the acquisition of Enru Logistics from LSC Communications-MCL LLC, strengthening UBM’s ability to deliver fully integrated commingle and logistics solutions. The transaction is effective immediately.
Enru Logistics will continue to operate under its existing name and brand, maintaining its operational structure and expertise. Corey Dong, CEO of Enru Logistics, will continue to lead the organization through the transition and integration period, working in close alignment with United Business Mail ownership to ensure continuity and performance.
“This acquisition is about creating a more seamless and controlled mail journey from the dock to the mailbox,” said Bill Boyce, President of United Business Mail. “We can now provide a more integrated solution that helps our customers optimize postage, transportation, and delivery. It also builds on our recent acquisition of Mystic Logistics, immediately solidifying our Midwest presence and overall network performance.”
Corey Dong, CEO of Enru Logistics, added, “Joining United Business Mail allows us to more tightly align logistics execution with commingle strategy, creating a more efficient and predictable experience for our customers. With greater coordination across the full mail stream, we are better positioned to deliver consistent performance, improved tracking, and scalable logistics solutions that support our clients’ needs.”
“The combination of Enru Logistics’ established operations in the Midwest with Mystic Logistics’ strong presence in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic enhances our nationwide reach and network density. This expanded footprint allows for more efficient routing, increased frequency into USPS entry points, and performance improvements across the network,” said Bill Boyce.
United Business Mail and Enru Logistics look forward to meeting with clients and prospective partners in the weeks ahead to discuss how this expanded platform can further improve postage optimization, logistics execution, and overall Marketing Mail performance.
