Racami Announces Sales and Services for Objectif Lune's Document Composition Software
The software, IT services, and staffing company, Racami, has formed a new relationship with Objectif Lune the developer of widely used document composition software. Objectif Lune’s software suite provides organizations with a powerful set of tools to design, compose, and repurpose customer communications that are sent in different formats through multiple channels. This fits nicely with Racami’s Alchem-e Customer Communications Platform and the specialized services Racami performs for its customers. Racami is now reselling PlanetPress Connect and PReS Connect and is fully qualified to provide composition services to organizations that generate large volumes of personalized physical and digital content.
Racami’s Alchem-e Platform and the OL Connect Platform combine to provide companies an out of the box system that is easy to deploy and provides a holistic view of all processing before, during, and after composition. The graphical low-code workflow in OL Connect and the “Event Based” automation in Alchem-e empowers business users to onboard jobs faster, setup smart automation, monitor the activity, and improve quality of the processes they setup.
“Racami and Objectif Lune have many mutual customers, so formalizing this relationship between our companies makes sense.” states Matt Mahoney, EVP of Sales and Marketing for Racami. “Our customers often need temporary help when they lose a key employee, have a spike in workload, want to migrate from other composition systems, and otherwise need assistance developing applications for print and eDelivery.”
“We’re very excited to be partnering with Racami” says Howard Silverstein, President of Objectif Lune USA. “Racami has a unique combination of products and skills, that leverage our OL Connect platform. We believe there are real benefits for a customer that uses both Alchem-e and OL Connect.”
