MBO America is pleased to announce the promotion of Josh Romberg to President, effective immediately. A respected leader in the graphic arts community, Josh brings a wealth of experience and vision to his new role.

Josh joined MBO America in 2017 as a Regional Sales Manager and quickly advanced through the ranks, serving as Director of Sales and most recently Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Under his leadership, MBO America strengthened its sales organization, broadened its product offerings, and deepened customer relationships across the print finishing sector.
Before MBO, Josh spent 18 years in the press industry, culminating in ownership of Graphic Technology Marketing, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Miami University (Ohio), where he also competed as a Division I football student-athlete on a full athletic scholarship.
In his new capacity, Josh will oversee MBO America’s U.S. and Canadian operations from the company’s Marlton, NJ headquarters, leading an executive management team charged with all aspects of strategic growth, operational excellence, and customer success.
