Hederman Brothers Breaks Ground on 20K-Square-Foot Expansion to Meet Growing Demand
Hederman Brothers, a fourth-generation, family-owned commercial printing and communications company founded in 1898, announces the groundbreaking of a new 20,000-square-foot facility adjacent to its headquarters.
The new facility is designed to support the company’s rapidly expanding wide-format and specialty graphics division, which has experienced significant growth since its launch in 2019. The expansion will bring the division onto the main campus for the first time, creating a unified, fully integrated production environment.
The new building will include:
- 6,500 sq. ft. of wide-format production space
- 2,750 sq. ft. of dedicated vehicle-wrapping bays capable of accommodating an 80-foot tractor-trailer
- 8,000 sq. ft. of warehouse and fulfillment space
“This expansion is a direct response to what our customers are asking for,” said Doug Hederman, president and CEO. “They want a true one-stop partner, someone they can trust with everything from commercial print and direct mail to signage, wall and vehicle wraps, and fulfillment. This new facility allows us to better serve those needs while continuing to deliver the quality and service our customers expect.”
Customers increasingly seek consolidated vendor relationships that streamline execution while maintaining quality. By bringing all departments onto a single campus, Hederman Brothers will enhance collaboration across design, prepress, production, and logistics, creating efficiencies that benefit both speed and consistency.
The unified campus will also support long-term growth across all business lines by enabling shared services and tighter operational integration.
“This is about positioning Hederman Brothers for the future,” said Coby Parker, chief operating officer. “Having our teams and capabilities together on one campus will strengthen communication, improve workflow efficiencies, and support the continued growth of every department.”
Construction is expected to begin soon, with the new facility projected to be completed in mid to late September. The expansion represents another step in Hederman Brothers’ continued investment in technology, capabilities, and long-term customer partnerships.
