Graphic Village Acquires DMS ink
Graphic Village announced that it has acquired DMS ink (formerly Dayton Mailing Services), located in Yellow Springs, Ohio. The Yellow Springs facility will continue to operate, under the Graphic Village name.
Rooted in its direct-mailing expertise, DMS ink delivers sophisticated, personalized communications through its automated tools for targeted marketing. Graphic Village will maintain and grow the facility’s well-established qualifications (e.g. HIPAA) regarding the management of personal health and financial information. DMS ink also serves several other sectors, including: retail, political, energy, automotive, non-profit, education and many others requiring full project management of material acquisitions, complex data programming, just-in-time digital printing, marketing automation and fulfillment services.
“We’re excited to add DMS ink to Graphic Village,” said Eric Kahn, Executive Chairman of Graphic Village. “Strategically, this expands our capabilities, scale and regional footprint.” Mike Nold, CEO of Graphic Village echoed, “The addition of DMS ink further cements Graphic Village’s role as a leader in personalized mailing solutions, adding to our unique ability to delight our clients with an array of brand strategy, design, comprehensive printing, large format displays, packaging, apparel, and fulfillment solutions.”
The DMS ink brand will be phased out, and the company’s leadership and employees will become Graphic Village employees operating at its current Yellow Springs location. Former DMS ink owner, Christine Soward, will stay on as Vice-President of Business Development for mailing solutions.
“What we do is such a complement to Graphic Village, it’s truly a natural fit,” said Soward. “I’m happy to be able to continue serving our customers and offering them additional services as part of Graphic Village.”
This acquisition continues the growth of Graphic Village, recognized as the 16th fastest growing Cincinnati-region company in the 2019 Cincinnati Business Courier “Fast 55 Awards.” It also represents the 14th acquisition of Revitalize Capital, Graphic Village’s parent company.
