CHICAGO — April 8, 2016 — GPA, the market leader in substrate solutions for offset, digital, and wide format printing, announces the promotion of Mary Ann Geers to the new position of VP of corporate strategy. In this role, Geers will serve as the driving force behind GPA’s marketing, product, research and development and technical teams, and will lead them as one cohesive force to provide maximum benefit to GPA’s customers.
“Mary Ann’s years of industry experience and proven success in serving our customers have prepared her to unify GPA’s resources in this new capacity,” remarks Bob Niesen, GPA’s president and CEO. “I look forward to the incredible accomplishments that undoubtedly lie ahead under Mary Ann’s leadership, and the advancements our customers will experience as a result.”
Geers has been actively involved in the graphic arts industry for the past 37 years, and joined GPA in 1999 as a territory sales manager and simultaneously served as specification sales representative.
