Epson to Launch 'Print Your Legacy' Campaign in Conjunction with SureColor Availability
NEW YORK—October 22, 2015—Epson today announced it is shipping the new family of SureColor P-Series printers—the 24" SureColor P6000 and SureColor P7000 and 44" SureColor P8000 and SureColor P9000. Equipped with Epson's latest PrecisionCore TFP print head and newly-developed UltraChrome archival ink technology, the new SureColor P-Series printers are designed for professional photographic applications, including prints for exhibition and resale. Available now for purchase through authorized Epson Professional Imaging SureColor P-Series resellers, the Epson SureColor P-Series will be on display at PhotoPlus Expo, Oct. 22-24, 2015, at the Javits Center in New York City in Epson's booth, #707.

The 24" SureColor P7000 and 44" SureColor P9000 are worthy successors to the revered Epson Stylus Pro 900-Series and leverage a reformulated Epson UltraChrome HDX 10-color ink set to bring advanced printing solutions to photographers, fine art reproduction houses, and commercial and flexographic print shops.
The SureColor P6000 and 44" SureColor P8000 are designed for advanced amateur and professional photographers, graphic designers and commercial printers and leverage the Epson UltraChrome HD eight-color ink set.
Epson UltraChrome HD and HDX inks leverage next-generation Yellow pigment ink technology for up to twice the overall print permanence than previous generations(1), plus improved black density for prints with greater impact and optical clarity.

The multi-platform campaign utilizes Epson's relationship with some of the world's most renowned and iconic photographers—Jeremy Cowart, Gregory Crewdson, Lois Greenfield, Steve McCurry, Mark Seliger, Monica Stevenson, Tim Tadder, Amy Toensing, and Stephen Wilkes—and underscores the importance of the print through their words and images in the form of short videos. The video content will run across Epson's social media channels, including Instagram, and will be showcased at epson.com/printyourlegacy.

The Epson SureColor P-Series is currently available through authorized Epson Professional Imaging resellers. The SureColor P-Series offer a standard Epson Preferred Limited Warranty, a one-year program that includes toll-free advanced telephone access Monday through Friday and usually next business-day on-site service in the unlikely event of any hardware failure. All P-Series printers are designed to work exclusively with Epson UltraChrome HD and HDX ink(2).
