Automatic adjustments and settings for the wrapping module considerably reduce setup times with the Buhrs 1000 Solo. The combination of high degree of automation and a user-friendly, touch screen operating panel enable putting the Buhrs 1000 Solo into operation very quickly and without extensive training. Job settings can be easily stored and changed in the system memory of the Buhrs 1000 Solo. The gathering section can be configured to suit your production requirements. The servo-driven seal mechanism incorporated in the revolutionary wrapping module ensures reliable and high quality wrapping. Longitudinal sealing, static control, and dual unwinder with automatic tension control and end-of-roll detection, are standard features.
