Sorry to break out a bad cliché, but you never get a second chance to make a first impression, so if you sound like a wet blanket on the phone, and conjure up visions of Eyeore when people meet you, you are going to have just THAT much more of a hard time landing new accounts.
If you are lacking the passion right now, stop what you are doing and go find it again. Remind yourself that you need it to be successful. Fall in love with print again. Today, there are so many tools out there to help you do that. There are Facebook pages, Pinterest boards, and blogs full of reasons to love print and get back into that place where you first fell in love.
