Then she takes us through the second phase of her career with Ricoh, where she transitioned into consulting to help other in-plants succeed by providing them with  techniques to improve processes, ROI analysis, and strategies for long-term success. Throughout, she emphasizes her passion for advocating the value of in-plants and the friendships she’s built through IPMA and the wider industry.
