A new alliance between Kodak and Xeikon enables label printers to extend their Web-based businesses with branded online ordering of tags, labels, and other print products. It also simplifies and streamlines production, from order origination on the web, via Kodak Web to Print Solutions, to final output on the Xeikon 3300 Digital Color Label Press. The agreement is effective in the United States and Canada.

Xeikon, legendary for pioneering the first digital color presses, and Prism, a leading developer of MIS/ERP software products for the graphic arts industry, today announced that the two companies have entered into a joint referral partnership program. Through the partnership, Xeikon will be able to offer Prism's management information solutions to key vertical markets, including labels and packaging.

Cal Events today announced its decision to postpone PrintFest 2009. The now named PrintFest 2010 will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center, March 26-27, 2010. As in the past, PrintFest 2010 will be combined with the Direct Marketing Expo operated by the DMA of Southern California, continuing its unique position as the first-ever combined print and marketing show and conference, bringing vendors, printers, marketers, creative professionals and print buyers all together under one roof.
