OLD FORGE, PA—July 21, 2008—Keystone announced today that they have acquired Ott Packagings Inc. located in Selinsgrove, PA. Ott Packagings Inc. (Ott) are manufacturers of rigid and thermoformed packaging, folding cartons with windows, foil stamping as well as thermoformed plastic inserts. President and CEO John Mclnerney states: “Through acquisition and a process of continuous production improvement, Ott has grown to become a preeminent provider of fine packaging serving the Mid-Atlantic and Greater Northeast Regions of the United States. Ott serves both large and small volume customers and uses the latest technology to manufacture both folding and rigid boxes for a broad variety of customers.

Douglas Clott has been named executive vice president of sales and marketing for EMCO Printers, Everett, MA. Clott's experience in color printing spans nearly 30 years. The Great Lakes Companies, Cleveland, has announced two additions to its staff. Jason Schultz and Mike Miller have joined the company as account executives. Ellie Handford has joined Panel Prints, Old Forge, PA, as a sales representative. She brings with her a strong commercial printing sales background. Judy Eberwein and Kurt Sands have been hired by Niles, IL-based Graphic Converting as account executives. Eberwein has been in display sales for eight years.
