A Newton man was arrested today for stealing more than $100,000 from a Somerset County printing company while he was in charge of their accounting division, authorities said. David Hathaway, 50, was charged with second-degree theft by deception for the incidents that occurred between December 2007 and December 2008, county Prosecutor Wayne Forrest said today. His bail was set at $35,000.
