NORTH MANKATO, MN—Taylor Corp. will halt production at its Corporate Graphics facility in Austin, MN, on April 17, leaving 27 employees out of work, according to the Austin Post-Bulletin. Work from Austin will be performed at other companies in the Taylor chain. AUSTIN, TX—The loss of a major account and the emergence of print media alternatives proved to be too great a burden for Hart Graphics. In late February, the 89-year-old printing company announced it was closing its doors forever by the end of April. The end of the line for Hart Graphics, which failed in its attempts to locate a buyer, spells the loss of 225 jobs.
