Vomela Completes Acquisition of the Printing Division of the Bureau of Engraving
ST. PAUL, MN—April 8, 2014—Vomela Specialty Co. of St. Paul, MN, announced it has completed the acquisition of the printing division of the Bureau of Engraving of Minneapolis, MN. The acquired printing division will continue to operate under the name “The Bureau” and will function as a division of Vomela Specialty Co.
The Bureau is a supplier of commercial, point-of-purchase (POP), and packaging printing capable of short or long runs utilizing both digital and offset printing. John Henderson, who has led operations at The Bureau for many years, will continue leading the group as division manager of the newly formed Vomela Division. Henderson stated, “We are excited about the opportunities this acquisition brings to The Bureau employees and customers. Our new affiliation with Vomela expands our ability to support our customers by taking advantage of the strength and reach of the Vomela companies across North America.”
