One of the most devastating print event cancelations in 2020 was drupa. It affected the printing industry on a global scale and sent exhibitors into a tailspin. This signature event is where everyone aims to launch and introduce new technology to the world.
Like many other event producers, the drupa team at Messe Düsseldorf had to rethink their offering and reinvent the show. Their commitment to bringing the global print community together wasn’t going to be stopped by a pandemic, or the need to pivot to a platform.
Last week Pat McGrew and I took a look around virtual.drupa.com. In this episode of #ThePrintReport we highlight some speakers, sessions, exhibitors, and areas of interest to explore on the platform April 20-23 and beyond.
