Schawk Names Michael Komasinski President of Retail Marketing Business
CHICAGO—Aug 31, 2010—Schawk, Inc., a leading provider of brand point management services, enabling companies of all sizes to connect their brands with consumers to create deeper brand affinity, announced today that it has named Michael Komasinski to the new position of president, group managing director for its retail marketing business.

In his new role, Komasinski has profit and loss responsibility for the business unit and is charged with managing all facets of the business including strategy, new business development, the formation of new services and managing the existing retail marketing client base. He will also act as an advisor to Schawk's newly formed retail practice.

Komasinski previously served Schawk Retail Marketing as senior vice president of account management, where he oversaw retail accounts such as The Home Depot, Sears Holdings, Bloomingdales, and Lord & Taylor. Michael Komasinski came to Schawk earlier this year from The Nielsen Company where he spent seven years in senior leadership roles that included vice president of global operations, vice president, group client director - Kraft Foods, vice president output operations, and national director, U.S. operations. Prior to Komasinski's tenure with Nielsen, he served as a manager at management consulting firm A.T. Kearney, where he was a member of the company's consumer industries and retail practice.
