Proforma Marcom Solutions Acquires Eastern Advertising Novelty of Marlborough, MA

MARLBOROUGH, MA—December 16, 2014—Proforma Marcom Solutions, owned by Brian Kwiatkowski, is excited to announce the acquisition of Eastern Advertising Novelty. The Marlborough-based distributor will now operate as Eastern Advertising Novelty powered by Proforma. Financial terms of the deal were not released.

Through the acquisition, Eastern Advertising Novelty powered by Proforma will significantly expand its marketing services to include multimedia services, eCommerce Websites, commercial printing, mobile marketing and more. The core team Owner Stephen Dinoia has built will remain on staff.
