PRINTING United Expo 2025: AI in Action
Artificial intelligence (AI) is no longer a science-fiction concept; it is reshaping how printers operate, innovate, and deliver value. At PRINTING United Expo 2025, Oct. 22-24 in Orlando, Florida, AI will take the spotlight through dedicated activations, research, and education led by PRINTING United Alliance.
The PRINTING AI Pavilion
The new PRINTING AI Pavilion (Booth 4255) will serve as a central hub for discovery. Attendees can explore real-world AI applications, connect with solution providers, and take part in micro-sessions offering practical insights. A key feature will be the AI Wall, a curated guide to every AI-driven technology on the Expo floor, ensuring attendees can easily navigate the innovations shaping print’s future.
Additionally, the Pavilion will feature AI-specific sessions presented by industry experts. Make sure you add these sessions to your Expo Planner to ensure you don’t miss any of them.

AI Tour
Starting at the Pavillion, an AI Tour, led by Steve Metcalf, founder, Ad Legends and IMAGINE AI LIVE, will take attendees on a journey to explore some of the new products specifically designed for printers. The tour will depart from the Pavilion at 3:00 PM on Oct. 22 and 23, and at 1:00 PM on Oct. 24.
