More Than 200 Awards Presented at the Sir Speedy and PIP Annual Convention
MISSION VIEJO, CA—July 22, 2008—Franchise Services, Inc. is pleased to announce that more than 200 franchise owners and salespeople from around the world received awards at the annual Sir Speedy and PIP International Convention and Vendor Show at the Westin Diplomat in Fort Lauderdale, FL, July 9-12. Don and Bernadette Sanders of Amarillo, TX, received the Sir Speedy “Franchisee of the Year” award and Frank and Clarice Petrellis of Kissimmee, FL, received the PIP “Franchisee of the Year” award.
Jim Corliss, Jerry Hogan and Jose Tafur of Braintree, MA, received the Sir Speedy “Top Volume” award and the Fulner Family of Indianapolis and Nashville, TN, received the PIP “Top Volume” award. Awards were also given to franchisees and salespeople in the following categories: Top 10, Top 25, Volume Increase Percentage, Century Club, Million Dollar Club, Sales Achievement Awards, and Application Innovation Awards.

They have achieved success because of their professional and personal commitment to providing exceptional service to their customers,” said Richard Lowe, president of Sir Speedy. “I am very proud of all of our top achievers.” Other highlights of the annual Convention included keynote speaker, Neal Petersen, entrepreneur, award-winning author and solo around the world-racing yachtsman, who spoke at the opening general session on Thursday, and Kate Dunn of the Print On Demand Initiative (PODi) and Barb Pellow of InfoTrends who both spoke about the relevance of offering marketing services for today’s print service providers.
