MBO/Muller Martini to Host Second Open House
WESTAMPTON, NJ—Building on the success of their Spring Customer Expo, MBO America and Muller Martini are planning another customer open house here on November 13-15.
Conducted under the theme "All Together Now," the event will include prepress and pressroom innovations to show how they interface with the postpress systems that MBO America and Muller Martini offer. Scheduled to demonstrate their latest developments at the event are Baumann, Bograma, Creo, Ehret, Herzog & Heymann, hhs America, HP Indigo, IBM, Imaje, Palamides, Ryobi, Scitex, Stralfors, Streamfeeder, Theisen & Bonitz and Wohlenberg.
"Computer-integrated manufacturing (CIM) means no system is an island," says Werner Naegeli, president and CEO of Muller Martini. "Everything must work together. Each element must talk to every other component. This open house will put those concepts into action for printing and bindery executives who are looking for new ways to enhance their profitability."
Hans Max, president and CEO of MBO America, notes that the open house is a perfect opportunity for those who were not able to attend GRAPH EXPO and CONVERTING EXPO to get a first-hand look at the cutting edge in graphic arts production. Even those who attended the Chicago exhibition should drop by, he adds, "because our open house format gives them a chance to interact with the innovations and the people who developed them on a more direct level. We have the time to take a personal interest in their questions and comments."
The open house is free to anyone who is interested in attending. However, reservations are required. Call Barbara Krivacy at Muller Martini (888) 268-5537, ext. 159, or Cheryl Pinto at MBO America (609) 267-2900.
