EU Services Is Acquired by Maidstone Capital Corp.; Will Be Paired with Com-Pak Services
MOORESTOWN, NJ—August 5, 2014—Maidstone Capital Corp., a growth capital firm, announced today that EU Services has joined its portfolio of marketing services companies. EU Services, a leading direct mail marketing firm, pairs strategically with Com-Pak Services within Maidstone’s portfolio. Together, the two marketing services organizations will offer clients direct mail production and postage optimization services from a single source.
Clif McDougall, who came to Com-Pak Services in January of 2014 as vice president of marketing and business development, will lead the combined management team as CEO.
