Koozie Group
A Top 40 promotional products supplier, Koozie Group produces promotional calendars, scratch pads, and Souvenir Sticky Note adhesive pads at its Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, site, which has roots dating back to 1941, according to Jeff Ibberson, site manager for the Sleepy Eye facility.
With these products in mind, Ibberson has his eye on several technologies and equipment at PRINTING United Expo. "It is always educational and a one-stop shopping experience," Ibberson tells Promo Impressions.
His tech wish list includes printing and coating technologies such as digital web presses, UV and aqueous coaters, and lamination equipment, along with binding and finishing solutions like perfect binding, tape binding, spiral binding, and twin-loop binding equipment.
Also on his list: folding, cutting, and specialty finishing equipment, including die-cutting for folders, as well as automation and production enhancements.
"Attending the Expo provides us with the knowledge of equipment and processes that will keep us at the cutting edge in our industry and will allow us to remain profitable," Ibberson shares.
And one trend he's watching: Inkjet printing.
PRINTING United Expo brings the entire printing industry together — whether you produce custom paper products, decorating hard goods, or print T-shirts, there's a place for you at Expo.
