It’s Time to #PrintChat
Every week, Deborah Corn from the Printerverse (Booth 4425) hosts #PrintChat, an hour-long, online event that individuals from around the globe tune in for. Averaging more than 7 million impressions every week, it is moderated by Sandy Hubbard, and the goal of the event is to bring together the best and brightest industry influencers from around the globe to share ideas and opportunities, and develop a community that lifts one another up.
The fast-moving chat (which is always active, and can be accessed even when a live event isn’t currently taking place) happens every Wednesday at 4pm Eastern, via Twitter. But at PRINT 17, #PrintChat goes into overdrive.
As the wide range of seminars and events unfold at the booth, the Printerverse will be Live Streaming (livestream.com/printmediacentr), allowing individuals to participate, learn, and grow whether they were able to attend the show or not. Anyone can log in from their computer, or view from apps on their iPhone/iPad, Android devices, or even their Roku TV set-top box. The goal is to bring these free educational opportunities to everyone who wants them, allowing PRINT 17 to expand its reach far beyond the confines of the show floor.
And attendees of the show benefit as well. If you can’t make every session of the Printerverse seminar and panel lineup this year, or you’re going to be engaged in all the buying, selling, and networking the show floor has to offer and can’t log into the live stream, you’re in luck. Because they’ll be recording, the Printerverse will be putting the replays of all of its sessions up on its YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/PrintMediaCentr) after the show, making it even easier to engage with the event long after you have returned home from Chicago.
