InnerWorkings Files Registration for IPO

CHICAGO—Print procurement solutions provider InnerWorkings has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for an initial public offering of common stock.

The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not been determined. InnerWorkings and certain of its stockholders are expected to sell the shares to be offered.
