I had an interesting coaching call this morning that prompted this sales tip. A print shop owner was frustrated with his sales rep. She was young and laid-back and it troubled him greatly that he had to remind her again and again to do certain things. I suggested that he have her call me and she did (but not before he had to remind her again).
