The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI) will hold their Fourth Quarter Workshop of 2026, November 12-13, 2026, at Mohawk, a Fedrigoni Company, in Cohoes, New York.
GPA, host of this quarter’s workshop, is a specialty distributor of substrates engineered for digital printing. Headquartered in McCook, Illinois, GPA serves printers across the U.S. and Canada from nine warehouses nationwide and has been part of the Fedrigoni Group, a global leader in specialty papers and premium self-adhesive materials, since 2015.
The workshop will take place at Mohawk, which joined the Fedrigoni Group in 2024. Founded in 1931 in Cohoes, New York, Mohawk has produced some of North America’s most recognized fine papers for designers, brands, and printers for 95 years. With a long-standing commitment to innovation, creative communications, and sustainability, Mohawk continues to push the boundaries of papermaking.
GCLI members will tour Mohawk’s paper mill, where the Mohawk team will share its approach to market development, product innovation, and service for the North American market.
GCLI’s fourth quarter workshop will focus on building and maintaining a winning organizational culture. Members will complete the Organization Culture Inventory from Human Synergistics and will learn how to effectively measure and improve culture throughout their organization.
Workshop leaders and co-founders Mike Philie and Joe Truncale will share key insights and techniques applied by industry leaders to build and develop a strong, vibrant organizational culture and how this helps separate them from the competition.
The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI), a comprehensive three-year program for rising industry professionals, consists of four quarterly workshops, each one focusing on core elements of business management and organizational leadership.
