Episcopal Journal Chooses Evergreen Printing to be Its Printer
BELLMAWR, NJ—Sept. 12, 2012—We are proud to announce that Episcopal Journal has chosen Evergreen to print its monthly news journal and quarterly magazines. The Journal also brings with it a number of diocesan or regional publications that publish as companions to the Journal.
Now in its second year, the Journal continues to gain attention as the only national monthly print publication to serve members of the Episcopal Church in the United States. The new, independent Journal includes national news of importance, features about people engaged in mission and ministry, and opinion columns, all of which help to fulfill its mission statement to “inform, involve and inspire” its readers.
“The execution and the plan to produce and distribute the Journal, as with any new publication, was not without its challenges and unexpected twists,” said Lawrence W. Moore, president of general manager of the Journal. “It was only after careful consideration that we chose Evergreen as the best company to serve our needs. In addition to our national staff there are a number of independent regional editors across the country, so efficient and courteous customer service is very important to us, as well as print quality and cost.”
The full-color monthly edition of the Journal is available by individual and group subscriptions and is printed and mailed from Evergreen with a number of diocesan publications from Long Island to California. The quarterly magazine editions are printed and mailed to Episcopal households in the dioceses of Pennsylvania, outhwestern Virginia, Arizona and San Joaquin CA.
