Coloredge Invests $1.5M Into Bicoastal Facilities with EFI VUTEk, Durst Rho Printers

NEW YORK — September 12, 2016 — As the popular saying goes, "the more you give, the more you get." And Coloredge is giving — quite a bit — in favor of expanding the capabilities of its facilities from coast to coast. To continue growing in the visual communications market and fulfilling its clients’ ever-growing needs, Coloredge knew its next move would involve purchasing additional equipment for both of its Los Angeles and Carlstadt, N.J., production facilities.

In light of that, Coloredge welcomed two new printers to its family: the EFI VUTEk LX3 Pro and the Durst Rho 512R. The company is impressed with the sharp image quality, faster turnaround time, expanded color reproduction, and true grayscale capabilities of these new investments.

Since the machines were installed last month, they’ve been keeping their (figurative) noses to the grindstone. And as high-volume production pieces, they’ll continue those efforts 24 hours per day, 365 days per year (366 during a leap year!).
