CJK Group Inc. Closes on Acquisition of Webcrafters Inc. of Madison, Wisconsin
BRAINERD, Minn. - November 3, 2017 - CJK Group announced that it has closed on the acquisition of Webcrafters Inc., headquartered in Madison, Wis.

In conjunction with finalizing the acquisition, CJK Group announced it has purchased a 10-unit Akiyama sheetfed offset press to be installed in the CJK Webcrafters’ Fordem facility. This purchase will further strengthen Webcrafters’ ability to exceed the growing demands of its customers and is another exciting step forward in the future of Webcrafters.
