Case Paper is excited to announce the appointment of John Lewis as the company’s new Head of Quality. As a quality addition to the Case team, John will oversee all aspects of quality management across Case Paper’s network of locations, including inbound supplier quality, internal production quality, and outbound quality assurance and compliance. He will also play a key role in advancing Case’s waste reduction initiatives, looking for every opportunity to optimize and minimize operational waste.
John brings a wealth of experience in quality management from his previous roles, including serving as the Director of Quality at Grafika, one of Case’s valued customers in the Northeast. His prior experience as Quality Manager and Business Resource Manager at WestRock, where he worked with major national accounts such as P&G, Kraft, and Mark Anthony Brewing, has honed his ability to drive quality improvements in dynamic and customer-focused environments.
His understanding of customer needs and deep expertise in quality assurance, compliance, and waste reduction will be vital as Case Paper enhances its operational standards, particularly in meeting industry requirements through frameworks like EcoVadis and CDP.
“One of my favorite quotes comes from Henry Ford: 'Quality means doing it right when no one is looking.’ I firmly believe that when you have an engaged team, quality doesn’t just improve—so does safety. After all, when everyone is looking out for each other (instead of just looking busy), the whole company thrives.” - John Lewis, Head of Quality, Case Paper
Outside of work, John is a collector of fine bourbons, which is a “neat” hobby and speaks volumes about his passion for high-quality goods. He also enjoys woodworking, watching football, and spending time with his family. John and his wife, Susan, have four children: Aidan (22), Mackenzie (24), Emily (27), and Aaron (29). The Case Paper team is excited to welcome John as he steps into his new role to help drive quality and excellence across the company.
