Bolger Completes Acquisition of Diversified Graphics

MINNEAPOLIS—August 12, 2008—Bolger Vision Beyond Print, a Minneapolis-based printing and communications company, today completed the acquisition of Diversified Graphics, Inc., a Minneapolis provider of high end commercial printing for 60 years. The previously announced agreement includes the purchase of virtually all the assets of Diversified Graphics. The company will retain the Bolger Vision Beyond Print name.
