Pantone Cafe That Lets Patrons 'Taste the Colors' May Become the Most Instagramable Restaurant

Head to the promenade of the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco to eat at the Pantone Cafe, a restaurant that, you guessed it, models itself around the Lawrence Herbert color matching system. The Pantone system has had a following for years; people seem to not only love it for it’s practical printing purposes, but for their pleasingly minimalistic and now iconic color chips.

The craze for the chips have inspired numerous pieces of apparel, dish ware, Pinterest boards and even a hotel. Pantone Cafe believes that they are adding a new sensory element to the obsession. Their mantra is "taste the colors."
